1. General Provisions
1.1. StreamerGames is an online platform where users place predictions ("Assumptions") on the outcomes of esports matches (CS2, DOTA2) created by streamers.
1.2. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the Platform operator from the moment of registration.
1.3. The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1.4. By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally permitted to participate in prediction-based activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Registration and Account
2.1. Registration is performed exclusively through Steam OpenID authentication. By logging in, you authorize the Platform to access your public Steam profile data: Steam64 ID, username, and avatar.
2.2. Each User may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in permanent ban and balance forfeiture.
2.3. You are solely responsible for the security of your Steam account and, by extension, your StreamerGames account.
2.4. The Platform may request additional information, including a Steam Trade URL (for item withdrawals), Twitch username, or FaceIT ID, to enable specific features.
2.5. The Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate this Agreement, engage in fraud, or abuse Platform mechanics.
3. Platform Points and Balance
3.1. The Platform uses an internal point system. Users may deposit funds to receive points, which are used to place Assumptions and purchase items.
3.2. Points have no independent monetary value outside the Platform and cannot be exchanged for cash except through the item withdrawal mechanism described in Section 6.
3.3. The Platform supports deposits in the following currencies: RUB, USD, EUR. The User selects their preferred currency in their profile settings.
3.4. The Administration reserves the right to adjust a User's balance in cases of technical errors, fraudulent activity, or pursuant to dispute resolution.
4. Deposits and Payments
4.1. Deposits are processed through the third-party payment provider GameMoney. By making a deposit, you also agree to GameMoney's terms of service.
4.2. Available payment methods include bank card (CARD) and the Fast Payment System (SBP), subject to availability.
4.3. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the Platform and the payment provider and may change without prior notice.
4.4. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment intermediaries.
4.5. Deposit amounts must be finite, greater than zero, and not exceed 1,000,000 units in the selected currency.
4.6. The Platform does not store payment card details. All payment processing is handled by the third-party provider.
5. Assumptions (Predictions)
5.1. An Assumption is a prediction placed by a User on the outcome of a streamer-created game. The User selects either Team 1 (streamer's team) or Team 2 (opponent's team) and specifies a point amount.
5.2. By placing an Assumption, the specified point amount is immediately deducted from the User's balance.
5.3. Assumptions can only be placed while a game is in the ONGOING state (open for betting). Once the game is finalized, no further Assumptions are accepted.
5.4. Cancellation: A User may cancel their own Assumption only while the game remains in the ONGOING state. Cancelled Assumptions are fully refunded to the User's balance.
5.5. Payouts for winning Assumptions are calculated using a pool-based formula:
- All Assumptions form a common pool.
- A service coefficient is deducted from the total pool.
- The remaining pool is distributed proportionally among winners based on the ratio of their Assumption to the total winning pool.
5.6. If a game is cancelled by the streamer or administration, all Assumptions for that game are fully refunded regardless of the selected team.
5.7. The Platform does not guarantee any specific return on Assumptions. Placing Assumptions carries the risk of losing the full amount wagered.
6. Item Marketplace and Withdrawals
6.1. Users may spend their point balance to purchase virtual items (CS2 weapon skins) from the Platform's marketplace.
6.2. Item prices are set by the Platform and may fluctuate. At the time of purchase, the actual price must fall within the acceptable range (95%–101% of the listed price).
6.3. Upon purchase, a trade offer is sent to the User's Steam account via the Steam Trade system. The User must have a valid Steam Trade URL set in their profile.
6.4. Trade states include: CREATED, RECEIVED (trade offer sent), FINALIZED (successfully completed), or FAILED (error occurred). The Platform tracks all trade states.
6.5. The Platform is not responsible for failed trades due to:
- Invalid or expired Trade URL
- Private Steam inventory settings
- Steam trade bans or restrictions on the User's account
- Steam platform outages
6.6. If a trade fails for reasons outside the Platform's control, the User's balance may or may not be refunded depending on the failure reason and whether the item was already reserved.
7. Streamer Responsibilities
7.1. Users with the Streamer role may create games, open them for Assumptions, report match results, and initiate payout distribution.
7.2. Streamers must report match results honestly and accurately. Deliberate misreporting of results is a violation of this Agreement and may result in role revocation and account ban.
7.3. Streamers may designate Streamer Moderators who can manage games on their behalf, subject to the streamer's approval and Platform administration.
7.4. The Platform reserves the right to revert game results and associated payouts if manipulation, error, or fraud is detected.
8. Prohibited Activities
